The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly spread on the net chain. This strategic arrangement facilitates their smooth, efficient transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking phase, our unique centering system utilizes warm water to gradually and uniformly heat the eggs while they rotate continuously during transportation. This meticulous technique significantly enhances the overall quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the cutting-edge egg boiler, where they undergo a precise boiling process, controlled by preset time and temperature settings. The dual heating method, using both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Boiled eggs are then elevated into a cold water tank for effective cooling. The use of tap water or ice water ensures the eggs are chilled to perfection, preparing them flawlessly for the subsequent shelling process.
After cooling, the eggs move on to the advanced shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling treatment. Clean water sprays, combined with precise rotational movement, ensure any residual shells are efficiently and thoroughly removed.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are collected and systematically transported for centralized processing, ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly operation.
