During the pre-cooking stage, our exclusive centering system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs while they rotate continuously. This innovative technique greatly enhances the overall quality of the eggs.
The pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precision boiling process with meticulously preset time and temperature. Our dual heating method, incorporating both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Post-boiling, the eggs are elevated into a refreshing cold water tank. Tap water or ice water efficiently chills the eggs, preparing them flawlessly for the subsequent shelling process.
