The eggs are then smoothly conveyed to the main conveyor belt,evenly spreading on the net chain. This arrangement facilitates their journey towards the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our innovative centering and pre-cooking system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs while continuously rotating them during transit. This unique process enhances egg quality significantly.
Pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg-boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, the eggs are boiled twice using a sophisticated steam and water heating method to ensure perfect consistency.
The boiled eggs are then elevated into a cold water tank where they are cooled using either tap or ice water. This step is crucial for preparing the eggs for subsequent shelling.
Cooled eggs are then moved into the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous process of crushing and shell removal. Clean water is sprayed to wash away any remaining shell fragments, ensuring perfectly peeled eggs.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are collected and transported for centralized processing, maintaining a clean and efficient production line.
