The egg trays are manually positioned on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in place, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by suction cups. The empty trays are then automatically stacked for convenience.
The eggs are transported to the entireconveyor beltand are evenly distributed on the net chain, facilitating smooth transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Utilizing a unique centering pre-cooking system, the eggs are gradually heated with warm water while rotating during the conveyance process. This method significantly enhances the quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg-boiler. With pre-set cooking times and temperatures, the eggs are boiled twice using a highly efficient mixed heating method of steam and water.
Boiled eggs are then elevated into a cold water tank for cooling. Tap water or ice water is used for direct cooling, preparing the eggs for the subsequent shelling process.
Cooled eggs are directed into the shelling machine where they undergo crushing and shelling. Clean water sprays, rotational transport, and water washing ensure all residual shells are efficiently removed.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing.
