The entire egg tray is manually positioned on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Upon reaching the designated position, our advanced suction cup mechanism carefully lifts the eggs onto the conveyor belt. The system ensures seamless workflow by automatically stacking the emptied egg trays.
The eggs are conveyed smoothly to the completeconveyor belt, where they are uniformly distributed over the net chain. This strategic layout ensures their uninterrupted movement towards the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking stage, our exclusive centering technology uses warm water to gently heat the eggs as they rotate continuously en route. This technique greatly improves egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are directed to the egg boiler, where they are subjected to an exact boiling process with pre-set time and temperature. Our dual heating method, using steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Boiled eggs are then gently lifted into a cold water tank for cooling. The application of tap or ice water ensures they are properly chilled, getting them ready for the following shelling phase.
Once cooled, the eggs advance to the shelling machine where a methodical crushing and shelling process takes place. Water sprays, coupled with rotational movement, ensure any lingering shells are thoroughly eliminated.
Following shell removal, eggshells are meticulously collected and transported for centralized processing, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
