Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, the eggs are meticulously boiled twice using a sophisticated steam-and-water mixed heating method.
Boiled eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for rapid cooling, using either tap water or ice water, preparing them perfectly for subsequent shelling.
