The entire egg tray is manually positioned onto the conveyor belt of the egg loading machine. Once the tray is in place, the eggs are gently transferred onto the conveyor belt by suction cups, and the empty trays are automatically stacked;
The eggs are then transported to the full conveyor belt, where they are evenly spread onto the net chain, facilitating their transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During pre-cooking, the unique centering pre-cooking system gently heats the eggs with warm water while maintaining continuous rotation, enhancing egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler. Pre-set cooking times and temperatures ensure the eggs are perfectly boiled twice using a steam-water mixed heating method.
Post-boiling, eggs are elevated into a cold-water tank for rapid cooling using either tap water or ice water, preparing them for efficient shelling.
After cooling, the eggs are directed to the shelling machine. Here, they are sprayed with clean water, rotated, and transported, with water washing away any remaining shell fragments.
Post-shelling, eggshells are collected and transported for centralized disposal.
