As the eggs progress along the conveyor belt, they are evenly distributed across the net chain. This meticulous arrangement facilitates their smooth transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
With precision and care, our unique centering and pre-cooking system gently heats the eggs using warm water, allowing them to slowly rotate during transit. This process significantly enhances the quality of each egg, ensuring they are cooked to perfection.
Pre-cooked eggs are expertly transferred to the egg boiler, where precise time and temperature settings ensure optimal cooking. Employing an innovative steam and water mixed heating method, the eggs undergo a dual boiling process.
After boiling, the eggs are gently elevated into a cooling tank. Here, either tap or ice water effectively cools them down, priming them perfectly for the next stage of shelling.
Following their cooling journey, the eggs enter the shelling machine, where an intricate crushing and shelling process ensures a clean peel. As the eggs rotate and are sprayed with pristine water, any remaining shell fragments are skillfully washed away.
