Quail egg shelling process line features an array of advanced systems: Includes a sophisticated quail egg feeding system, a precise pre-cooking & yolk centering system, a high-temperature boiling quail egg system, a rapid cooling system, an efficient shelling & lifter system, as well as a dedicated quail egg peeling system.

We offer the capability to configure the complementary complete set of halogen and packaging equipment tailored to meet specific customer technological needs, along with the ability to design custom-sized production plans based on customer specifications.

Utilizing a state-of-the-art steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, our machine allows quail eggs to be flawlessly flipped during cooking. The centered quail eggs from the precooked section are uniformly heated, ensuring they are perfectly cooked in a remarkably short time.

Once boiled, the quail eggs are seamlessly transitioned into the cooling tank, where they are rapidly chilled by ice water before being efficiently conveyed to the crusher.
The quail egg shell break process is optimized for effortless progression to the subsequent peeling stage. This system, used in conjunction with the quail egg peeler, ensures shells are uniformly broken, significantly boosting efficiency while minimizing damage rates.

During the peeling process of the broken quail eggs, an egg collection conveyor belt meticulously selects unqualified egg products, achieving a peeling rate exceeding 98%. The resulting quail eggs emerge flawlessly smooth and visually appealing.
