The entire egg tray is manually positioned on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in place, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a suction cup mechanism, and the empty trays are automatically stacked for efficient handling.
The eggs are transported to the completeconveyor beltand evenly distributed onto the net chain, ensuring smooth transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering and pre-cooking system utilizes warm water for a gradual heat-up process. During this stage, the eggs continuously rotate, enhancing overall egg quality.
The pre-cooked eggs are conveyed to the egg boiler, where a preset time and temperature ensure perfect boiling. The eggs are boiled twice using an innovative steam and water mixed heating method.
After boiling, the eggs are carefully transferred into a cold water tank for cooling. This process uses either tap water or ice water, preparing the eggs for the subsequent shelling stage.
Post-cooling, the eggs enter the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous shelling process. The eggs are sprayed with clean water, rotated, and transported, ensuring any residual shells are efficiently washed away.
All eggshells generated during shelling are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing, ensuring a clean and efficient operation.
