Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a dual boiling process with a preset time and temperature, utilizing a steam and water mixed heating method for optimal results.
Boiled eggs are immersed in a cold water tank for efficient cooling, using tap water or ice water to prepare them perfectly for the next shelling stage.
After cooling, the eggs enter the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays, rotates, and transports the eggs, ensuring any residual shells are washed away effectively.
Eggshells produced during shelling are collected and transported for centralized processing, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
