The system is designed for automatic stacking of the empty trays, ensuring a continuous and efficient workflow.
The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are uniformly distributed on the net chain. This configuration enhances their smooth transport to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking stage, our exclusive centering system utilizes warm water to progressively heat the eggs while maintaining continuous rotation during transit. This sophisticated technique significantly improves egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs proceed to the egg boiler, undergoing a precise boiling process with predetermined time and temperature settings. The dual heating approach, employing both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs each time.
Boiled eggs are then lifted into a cold water tank for effective cooling. Utilizing either tap water or ice water ensures the eggs are thoroughly chilled, setting the stage for the subsequent shelling process.
Following cooling, the eggs advance to the shelling machine where they undergo detailed crushing and shelling. Clean water sprays, combined with rotational movements, ensure any remaining shells are efficiently removed, leaving pristine eggs.
After shelling, the eggshells are systematically gathered and transported for centralized processing, maintaining order and cleanliness in the workflow.
