The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line boasts a state-of-the-art system that includes a quail egg feeding system, a precise precooking & yolk centering system, a high-temperature boiling system, an efficient cooling system, and a seamless shelling & lifting system, all culminating in the advanced quail egg peeling system.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are expertly flipped during the cooking process. This ensures that the quail eggs, centered from the precooked area, are evenly heated, enabling rapid and consistent cooking.

Once boiled, the quail eggs are transferred to a cooling tank where they are swiftly cooled by ice water before being transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell cracking process facilitates easier peeling in the subsequent step. In combination with the quail egg peeler, this ensures that the shell is uniformly broken, drastically improving efficiency and reducing the damage rate.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are conveyed via an egg collection conveyor belt for the selection of unqualified egg products. The peeling rate exceeds 98%, resulting in final quail eggs that are smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
