The entire egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is transported into position, our sophisticated suction cup mechanism gently lifts the eggs onto the conveyor belt. This system also permits the automatic stacking of empty egg trays, streamlining the entire process for optimal efficiency.
The eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed across the net chain. This careful arrangement allows for their seamless transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our proprietary centering system uses warm water to gradually elevate the temperature of the eggs. As they rotate continuously during transport, this technique significantly uplifts the quality and consistency of the eggs.
The pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg boiler, where they are meticulously boiled with precise time and temperature settings. This dual heating method, employing both steam and water, ensures each egg is perfectly cooked to perfection.
Post-boiling, the eggs are elevated into a cold water tank for a thorough cooling process. Utilizing tap or ice water, this phase ensures the eggs are sufficiently chilled and ready for the subsequent shelling stage.
Following the cooling stage, the eggs are advanced to the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous shell removal process. A combination of clean water sprays and rotational motion ensures any lingering shell fragments are effectively eliminated.
After shelling, the eggshell remnants are collected and systematically transported for centralized processing, ensuring a tidy and organized operation.
