The eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are arranged in a uniform layer on the net chain. This organization promotes their seamless transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking stage, our innovative centering system uses warm water to gently and consistently heat the eggs as they are continuously rotated. This method ensures optimal egg quality and enhances the overall production process.
The pre-cooked eggs enter the precision egg boiler, where they undergo a meticulously controlled boiling process with specific time and temperature settings. Our advanced dual heating system, incorporating both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
After boiling, the eggs are gently lifted into a cold water tank for an efficient cooling process. The use of either tap water or ice water ensures they reach the optimal temperature, setting them up perfectly for the subsequent shelling stage.
Following cooling, the eggs are transferred to the shelling machine, where they undergo a precise and gentle shell removal process. The use of clean water sprays, coupled with rotational motion, ensures that every last shell fragment is effectively eliminated.
Once the shelling is complete, the eggshells are collected in a systematic manner and conveyed for centralized processing, ensuring a clean and efficient operation.
