Our advanced centering and pre-cooking system gently heats the eggs with warm water while ensuring they rotate during transportation. This unique process enhances egg quality by minimizing yolk eccentricity.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where a dual-stage boiling process, utilizing a steam-water mix, ensures perfect cooking by presetting precise time and temperature parameters.
Boiled eggs are carefully elevated into a cold water tank for quick cooling. Using either tap or ice water, this step prepares the eggs for efficient shelling.
Cooled eggs are directed into the shelling machine, where they undergo a meticulous crushing and peeling process. Clean water sprays and a rotating mechanism ensure any remaining shells are thoroughly washed away.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized disposal, ensuring a clean and efficient workflow.
