The quail egg shelling process line is a comprehensive system encompassing various stages: egg feeding system, precooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifting, and the final peeling process.

We can match tthe complete set of halogen and packaging equipment as per your specific technological requirements. We can also tailor production sizes to fit your distinct needs.

Utilizing steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are expertly flipped during cooking. The yolk-centered eggs from the precooked area are evenly heated, ensuring rapid and thorough cooking.

Once boiled, quail eggs are swiftly cooled in an ice water tank before being transported to the crusher, maintaining freshness and quality.
In the shell-breaking process, quail eggs are prepared for the next peeling step. The shell is evenly broken with the quail egg peeler, enhancing efficiency and minimizing damage.

During the peeling of broken quail eggs, our egg collection conveyor belt ensures selection of unqualified eggs, achieving a peeling rate of over 98%. The final quail eggs emerge smooth and visually appealing, ready for market or further processing.
