The quail egg shelling process line is a comprehensive system comprising various stages, including quail egg feeding, precooking and yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling and lifting, and the final quail egg peeling.

We can match the related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment according to customers' technological requirements. We can also design customized production plans based on specific client needs.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. Centered quail eggs from the precooked area are evenly heated in the cooking zone, ensuring rapid and thorough cooking.

The boiled quail eggs are then transported to a cooling tank, where they are quickly chilled by ice water before being moved to the crusher.
During the quail egg shell breaking process, the eggs are prepared for the next peeling stage. Paired with the quail egg peeler, this step ensures the shell is broken evenly, enhancing efficiency and reducing damage rates.

In the peeling process, broken quail eggs are conveyed on an egg collection conveyor belt to select out any unqualified products. With a peeling rate exceeding 98%, the final quail eggs are exceptionally smooth and visually appealing.
