The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously distributed across the net chain. This strategically designed layout ensures their seamless journey to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our advanced centering system uses warm water to gently elevate the temperature of the eggs, all while maintaining constant rotation throughout transportation. This innovative approach significantly enhances the eggs' quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are meticulously transitioned into the egg boiler, where they undergo an exact, controlled boiling process with precise timing and temperature settings. Our dual heating approach, combining steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Post-boiling, the eggs are lifted into a refreshing cold water tank for optimal cooling. The use of either tap or ice water ensures these eggs are thoroughly chilled, setting the stage for the subsequent shelling process.
Following cooling, the eggs advance to the sophisticated shelling machine where they experience a detailed crushing and shelling process. Rotational water sprays ensure any lingering shells are expertly removed, leaving the eggs pristine.
