The entire egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a sophisticated suction cup mechanism, with empty trays being automatically stacked for efficient processing.
The eggs are then conveyed to theconveyor belt,where they are evenly distributed on the net chain, facilitating seamless transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering pre-cooking system uses warm water to gradually heat the eggs while they continuously rotate during transport, enhancing the overall quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a two-stage boiling process with time and temperature settings preconfigured. This process employs a mixed heating method using both steam and water for optimal results.
Post-boiling, the eggs are lifted into a cooling tank, where either tap water or ice water is used to quickly reduce their temperature, preparing them for the shelling stage.
Cooled eggs are transferred to the shelling machine, where they undergo a crushing and peeling process. Clean water sprays, rotations, and transportation ensure any residual shells are thoroughly removed.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are gathered and transported for centralized processing, ensuring a streamlined and hygienic operation.
