Our system offers automatic stacking of the empty trays, ensuring an uninterrupted and efficient process.
The eggs are transported to the entireconveyor belt, where they are uniformly distributed on the net chain. This precise arrangement ensures their smooth journey to the pre-cooking centering machine, optimizing the production sequence.
During the pre-cooking stage, our specialized centering system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs while maintaining continuous rotation during transit. This unique method substantially elevates the quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are smoothly transitioned into the egg boiler, where they experience a precise boiling technique with adjustable time and temperature settings. Our dual heating method, utilizing both steam and water, ensures eggs are boiled to perfection.
Boiled eggs are then gently lifted into a cold water tank for cooling. With the option of using tap water or ice water, the eggs are thoroughly chilled, perfectly preparing them for the next shelling phase.
Following cooling, the eggs are directed to the shelling machine for a precise crushing and shelling process. The combination of clean water sprays and rotational movement ensures efficient removal of any remaining shell fragments.
After shelling, eggshells are systematically collected and conveyed for centralized processing, streamlining waste management.
