The quail egg shelling process line comprises various advanced working systems, including the quail egg feeding system, precooking and yolk centering system, high-temperature boiling system, cooling system, shelling and lifter system, and the quail egg peeling system.

We can match the complete set of halogenation and packaging equipment based on customers' technological requirements. Additionally, we can create customized production plans tailored to customer specifications.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are expertly flipped during cooking. The centered quail eggs from the precooking area are uniformly heated, ensuring rapid and even cooking.

The boiled quail eggs are swiftly transferred to the cooling tank, where they are rapidly cooled by ice water before being transported to the crusher.
In the quail egg shell-breaking process, the shell is evenly broken, facilitating the next peeling step. Used in conjunction with the quail egg peeler, this ensures higher efficiency and a reduced damage rate.

During the peeling process, an egg collection conveyor belt selects unqualified egg products. The peeling rate exceeds 98%, resulting in beautifully smooth final quail eggs.
