The quail egg shelling process line features a comprehensive system that includes: quail egg feeding system, pre-cooking & yolk centering system, high-temperature boiling system, cooling system, shelling & lifter system, and quail egg peeling system.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. Precooked, centered quail eggs are evenly heated in the cooking area, ensuring they are cooked quickly and thoroughly.

The boiled quail eggs are then transferred to the cooling tank, where they are rapidly cooled by ice water before being transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell break process ensures ease for the next peeling step. When used with the quail egg peeler, the shell is broken evenly, enhancing efficiency and minimizing the damage rate.

During the peeling process of broken quail eggs, an egg collection conveyor belt selects unqualified egg products. With a peeling rate of over 98%, the final quail eggs are smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
