The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line features a comprehensive system, including a quail egg feeding system, a precooking & yolk centering system, a high-temperature boiling system, a cooling system, and a shelling & lifting system, culminating in the advanced quail egg peeling system.

We can matchthe related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment tailored to customers' specific technological requirements. Additionally, we can design customized production plans to meet individual needs.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. This unique method ensures that the centered quail eggs from the precooked area are evenly heated, allowing for rapid and consistent cooking.

Once boiled, the quail eggs are transferred to a cooling tank, where they are rapidly cooled by ice water, then seamlessly transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell cracking process facilitates easier peeling in the subsequent step. This, in conjunction with the quail egg peeler, ensures that the shell is evenly broken, significantly improving efficiency and reducing the damage rate.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are conveyed via an egg collection conveyor belt for the selection of unqualified egg products. The peeling rate exceeds 98%, resulting in final quail eggs that are smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
