The eggs are transported to the fullconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed across the net chain. This strategic arrangement ensures smooth transit to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our exclusive centering system uses warm water to gradually heat the eggs while they are continuously rotated along the conveyor. This meticulous method significantly boosts the quality of the eggs, preparing them perfectly for the next stages.
Pre-cooked eggs transition smoothly to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precise and perfectly timed boiling process. The innovative dual heating method, combining steam and water, ensures consistently flawless boiling results every time.
Boiled eggs are carefully elevated into a chilling cold water tank. Utilizing either tap or ice water, the eggs are thoroughly cooled down, priming them magnificently for the following shelling procedure.
Post-cooling, eggs advance to the shelling machine, where they experience a thoroughly refined crushing and shelling process. The integration of clean water sprays with rotational motion guarantees effective and complete removal of any residual shells.
