The eggs embark on their journey, moving smoothly to the entireconveyor belt,where they are spread evenly across the net chain, optimizing their passage to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking stage, our exclusive centering system uses warm water to delicately heat the eggs as they are continuously rotated during transit. This sophisticated technique considerably elevates egg quality.
Following pre-cooking, the eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precise, controlled boiling process, tailored for perfect results through preset time and temperature settings.
