The process begins with the manual placement of the whole egg tray onto the conveyor belt of the egg loading machine. Once in place, the eggs are expertly transferred to the conveyor belt by a suction cup mechanism, allowing for the automatic stacking of empty egg trays;
Eggs are efficiently conveyed to the entire conveyor belt, and are evenly distributed on the net chain, facilitating smooth transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking phase, our unique centering system uses warm water for gradual heating, ensuring the eggs rotate during conveyance to enhance egg quality;
Pre-cooked eggs proceed to the boiling chamber where, following preset cooking times and temperatures, they undergo dual boiling with an innovative steam and water heating method;
Post-boiling, eggs are elevated into a cold water tank, utilizing either tap or ice water for direct cooling, prepping them for the shelling process;
Cooled eggs are ushered into the shelling machine, where they are skillfully peeled. This involves a gentle crush and wash process, ensuring clean water rotation and efficient removal of residual shells;
The collection of eggshells post-shelling is streamlined, with uniform transport for centralized disposal.
