Quail egg shelling process line includes various sophisticated systems such as quail egg feeding system, pre-cooking & yolk centering system, high-temperature boiling system, cooling system, shelling & lifter system, and quail egg peeling system.

We can matchthe related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment according to customers' technological requirements. We can also design custom production plans to fit specific customer needs.

Using a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during cooking, ensuring centered quail eggs from the pre-cooked area are evenly heated for rapid cooking.

The boiled quail eggs enter the cooling tank, where they are quickly cooled by ice water before being transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell break process facilitates the next peeling step, using a dedicated peeler to break the shells evenly, improving efficiency and reducing damage rates.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are sorted using an egg collection conveyor belt, ensuring a peeling rate of over 98%, resulting in smooth and visually appealing final products.
