The process begins with a manual placement of the whole egg tray onto the conveyor belt of the egg loading machine. Once transported to its designated spot, the eggs are meticulously lifted from the tray and placed onto the conveyor belt by a precision suction cup. The empty trays are then stacked automatically;
From here, the eggs journey forth along the conveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed across the net chain. This meticulous arrangement facilitates their smooth progression to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our innovative centering and pre-cooking system utilizes warm water to gently elevate the temperature. Throughout this process, the eggs rotate in a precise manner, enhancing their overall quality and ensuring even cooking.
The journey continues as the pre-cooked eggs enter the egg-boiler, where they undergo a meticulously controlled cooking phase. With preset time and temperature parameters, the eggs are boiled twice using an efficient mix of steam and water heating, ensuring perfection every time.
Upon completion of boiling, the eggs are gently lifted into a cold water tank for cooling. Utilizing either tap water or ice water, this process prepares the eggs for the subsequent shelling phase.
Once cooled, the eggs are transported to the shelling machine, where they undergo precise crushing and shelling. Clean water sprays ensure that any residual shells are thoroughly washed away, leaving pristine eggs ready for consumption.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for efficient centralized processing, ensuring a clutter-free environment.
