The process begins with the egg tray, manually positioned on the conveyor belt,of the egg loading machine.Once in place, eggs are gently elevated onto the conveyor belt by an advanced suction cup mechanism. This system seamlessly automates the stacking of empty trays, ensuring an uninterrupted workflow.
Eggs are smoothly conveyed onto theentire conveyor belt, where they are uniformly distributed across the net chain. This arrangement is crucial for their efficient transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In this phase, our proprietary centering system gently warms the eggs using warm water while continuously rotating them during transit. This approach substantially improves the quality and texture of the eggs.
Once pre-cooked, eggs are transferred to the sophisticated egg boiler where a precisely controlled boiling process awaits. Utilizing a dual heating method with both steam and water, it guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Following boiling, eggs are gently lifted into a cold water tank for optimal cooling. Whether using tap or ice-cold water, this step ensures the eggs are perfectly chilled in preparation for shelling.
After a thorough cooling, eggs enter the shelling machine for an intricate shell-removal process. Precision water sprays and rotational movements eliminate any remaining shell fragments, ensuring pristine peeled eggs.
Following shelling, eggshells are automatically collected and systematically transported for centralized processing and disposal.
