In this innovative pre-cooking stage, our exclusive centering system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs while they are continuously rotated in transit. This meticulous method dramatically enhances the egg's quality and uniformity, delivering superior results.
Pre-cooked eggs are expertly transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precisely controlled boiling process with exact preset times and temperatures. Our dual heating approach, harnessing both steam and water, ensures that every egg achieves perfect boiling.
The boiled eggs are then gently elevated into a cold water tank for optimal cooling. Using either tap or ice-cold water, the eggs reach the perfect temperature, fully prepared for the subsequent shelling phase.
Once adequately cooled, the eggs move to the shelling machine for a precision crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays combined with rotational motion ensure any remaining shells are thoroughly removed, leaving the eggs flawlessly peeled.
Following the shelling process, the eggshells are collected with precision and systematically directed to centralized processing, ensuring efficient waste management.
