Our state-of-the-art quail egg shelling process line encompasses a comprehensive array of systems, including quail egg feeding, precooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifting, and precise quail egg peeling.

We can matchthe related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment according to customers' technological requirements. We can also design customized production plans tailored to specific customer needs.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, our machine ensures that quail eggs are perfectly flipped during the cooking process. This allows evenly centered quail eggs to be quickly and uniformly cooked in the designated cooking area.

Post boiling, the quail eggs are transferred to a cooling tank where they are rapidly cooled by ice water before being moved to the crusher.
During the quail egg shell-breaking process, the machine ensures an efficient and uniform break for the next peeling step, working seamlessly with the quail egg peeler to enhance efficiency and reduce damage rates.

In the subsequent peeling process, the egg collection conveyor belt is used for sorting out any unqualified egg products. With a peeling rate exceeding 98%, the final quail eggs emerge smooth, beautiful, and ready for the market.
