The eggs are seamlessly conveyed to theconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed on the net chain, ensuring smooth transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering pre-cooking system gently heats eggs using warm water while ensuring the eggs keep rotating throughout the process. This meticulous procedure enhances the overall quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are then moved to the egg boiler. By setting precise cooking times and temperatures, the eggs undergo a double boiling phase using an efficient mix of steam and water heating methods.
After boiling, the eggs are promptly transferred into a cold water tank for cooling. This rapid cooling process, utilizing either tap water or ice water, ensures they are ready for the subsequent shelling phase.
Cooled eggs are then fed into the shelling machine for precise crushing and peeling. During this process, clean water sprays onto the eggs, washing away any residual shells and ensuring pristine, ready-to-use eggs.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are efficiently collected and transported for centralized processing, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
