During the pre-cooking phase, our innovative centering system gently applies warm water to gradually heat the eggs as they rotate continuously throughout the transport. This meticulous technique significantly elevates the eggs' quality.
Once pre-cooked, eggs are seamlessly transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precise boiling process with rigorously controlled time and temperature. The dual heating method, featuring both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
These expertly boiled eggs are then gently elevated into a cold water tank for immediate cooling. The use of either tap water or ice water ensures the eggs are thoroughly chilled, priming them perfectly for the ensuing shelling process.
Following cooling, the eggs advance to the state-of-the-art shelling machine, undergoing meticulous crushing and shelling treatment. Clean water sprays combined with precise rotational movement ensure any remaining shells are efficiently eliminated.
