Once the egg tray is transported to the designated position, each egg is gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a precision suction cup mechanism, while the empty trays are automatically stacked for efficiency;
The eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entire conveyor belt,where they are evenly distributed across the net chain, ensuring perfect positioning for delivery to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our centering and pre-cooking system employs a unique approach, utilizing warm water for gradual heating. As the eggs rotate continuously during the conveyance, their quality and consistency are notably enhanced;
Pre-cooked eggs are seamlessly transferred to the egg-boiler, where precise egg-cooking time and temperature settings are pre-configured. The eggs undergo a double boiling process via a mixed heating method using both steam and water for optimal results;
Post-boiling, the eggs are gently elevated into a cooling tank filled with either tap or ice water, ensuring they are perfectly cooled in preparation for their subsequent shelling journey;
After cooling, the eggs are carefully lifted into the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling process. The eggs are continuously sprayed with pure water, rotating and moving to ensure any residual shells are thoroughly washed away;
Following the shelling process, all eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized disposal, ensuring cleanliness and sustainability.
