The pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a second boil using a steam and water heating method, with precision-controlled time and temperature;
Boiled eggs are elevated into a cold water tank, cooled using either tap or ice water, preparing them for the subsequent shelling process;
Cooled eggs are fed into the shelling machine, where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays ensure the complete removal of residual shells, providing perfectly peeled eggs;
Post-shelling, the eggshells are collected and transported for centralized processing, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
