In this preparatory phase, our advanced centering system utilizes warm water to gently envelop the eggs, allowing them to rotate seamlessly during transit. This meticulous technique significantly elevates the quality of each egg.
Pre-cooked eggs are deftly transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a meticulous boiling regimen. Preset cooking times and temperatures, along with a dual heating method employing both steam and water, guarantee perfectly cooked eggs.
Boiled eggs are then gracefully lifted into a chilled water tank for an optimal cooling process. Whether using tap or ice water, the eggs are thoroughly chilled, perfectly priming them for the subsequent shelling phase.
Following the cooling, the eggs advance to the shelling machine where they experience a meticulous crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays combined with rotational dynamics ensure any residual shells are expertly removed, leaving pristine eggs.
