Our Quail Egg Shelling Process Line is a comprehensive system encompassing various stages including quail egg feeding, pre-cooking and yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling, lifting, and finally, peeling. Each step is meticulously designed to ensure efficiency and precision.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission system, our machine ensures that quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. Pre-cooked quail eggs are evenly heated in the cooking zone for rapid, uniform cooking.

After boiling, quail eggs are transferred to the cooling tank, where they are swiftly cooled using ice water before being transported to the crusher.
During the quail egg shell breaking process, the shell is uniformly broken to facilitate the subsequent peeling step. When used in conjunction with the quail egg peeler, this step significantly enhances efficiency and minimizes damage.

The peeling process involves conveying broken quail eggs on a collection belt, where unqualified products are sorted out. With a peeling rate exceeding 98%, the final quail eggs emerge smooth and visually appealing.
