During the pre-cooking phase, our innovative centering system gently heats the eggs using warm water as they rotate continuously. This gradual warming process improves the eggs' quality significantly.
Pre-cooked eggs transition smoothly to the advanced egg boiler, where precise boiling with pre-set time and temperature takes place. The dual steam and water heating method ensures eggs are cooked to perfection every time.
Post-boiling, eggs are carefully lifted into a refreshing cold water tank. The utilization of either tap or ice water ensures optimal chilling, setting the stage for the upcoming shelling process.
