During the pre-cooking phase, our exceptional centering system delicately warms the eggs using gentle water heating while ensuring they rotate consistently during transport. This meticulous process substantially improves egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are seamlessly transferred to the egg boiler, undergoing a precision-controlled boiling process optimized with preset time and temperature settings. This dual heating method, combining steam and water, guarantees impeccably boiled eggs.
Once boiled, eggs are smoothly elevated into a chilling cold water tank. Utilizing either tap or ice water, the eggs are perfectly cooled, preparing them efficiently for the subsequent shelling process.
