Our quail egg shelling process line is meticulously designed to include various essential working systems, ensuring seamless operation. The system incorporates quail egg feeding, precooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifter, and peeling systems.

We can matchthe related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment according to customers' technological requirements. Additionally, we offer bespoke production plans tailored to customer specifications.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission system, our machinery ensures that quail eggs are flipped during cooking. Eggs, which are centered from the precook area, are evenly and rapidly cooked in the main cooking area, achieving perfect results.

Once boiled, the quail eggs enter a cooling tank where they are swiftly cooled with ice water before being transported to the crusher.
In the quail egg shell break process, shells are efficiently broken to facilitate the subsequent peeling step. Used alongside the quail egg peeler, this process ensures even shell breakage, enhancing efficiency and reducing damage rates.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are sorted on an egg collection conveyor belt to remove unqualified products. With a peeling rate exceeding 98%, the final quail eggs are left smooth and visually appealing.
