The entire egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a suction cup system, allowing for automatic stacking of the empty trays.
The eggs are smoothly conveyed to theconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed on the net chain. This setup is ideal for transporting the eggs to the pre-cooking centering machine.
The eggs undergo centering and pre-cooking using a unique system that gently heats them with warm water. The eggs rotate continuously during transport, ensuring optimal quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler. With preset cooking time and temperature, the eggs are subjected to a dual boiling process using a steam-water mixed heating method.
The hard-boiled eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for cooling. Tap water or ice water is used to directly cool the eggs, preparing them for the shelling process.
After cooling, the eggs enter the shelling machine for crushing and shell removal. Clean water sprays, rotation, and transport ensure any residual shells are thoroughly washed away.
Eggshells are collected post-shelling and transported for centralized processing, ensuring a clean and efficient environment.
