This system features automatic stacking of the empty trays, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
The eggs are smoothly conveyed to theconveyor belt,where they are evenly distributed across the net chain. This setup ensures flawless transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our proprietary centering system gently heats the eggs using warm water, allowing them to rotate continuously. This strategic method greatly enhances egg quality.
The pre-cooked eggs are then moved to the egg boiler for a precise boiling process, with time and temperature meticulously preset. Utilizing both steam and water, this dual heating method guarantees flawlessly boiled eggs.
Following the boiling stage, the eggs are elevated into a cooling tank filled with either tap or ice water, ensuring they are cooled efficiently to prepare for the next shelling procedure.
After cooling, eggs advance to the shelling machine, undergoing a precise crushing and shelling process. A combination of clean water sprays and rotational movement ensures all residual shells are thoroughly removed.
