The eggs are meticulously conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed across the net chain. This precise arrangement facilitates their effortless journey to the pre-cooking centering machine, preparing them for the next stage.
During the pre-cooking stage, our proprietary centering system employs a gentle warm water bath to gradually heat the eggs while they rotate, enhancing their quality significantly throughout transportation.
The pre-cooked eggs are then transitioned seamlessly to the egg boiler, where they experience a meticulously controlled boiling process. With preset time and temperature, the dual heating system, using both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Once boiled, the eggs are elevated into a refreshing cold water tank for cooling. By utilizing either tap water or ice water, the eggs are perfectly chilled, readying them for the precise shelling process that follows.
Upon cooling, the eggs advance to the shelling machine where a meticulous crushing and shelling treatment takes place. Clean water sprays combined with rotational movement ensure any residual shells are swiftly and effectively removed.
