The eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are strategically distributed on the net chain. This setup ensures their efficient movement towards the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking stage, our ingenious centering system uses warm water to gently bring the eggs to temperature as they rotate continuously in transit. This method dramatically improves the overall quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are seamlessly transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a meticulous boiling process, precisely controlled by preset time and temperature. The dual heating technique, employing both steam and water, guarantees perfectly cooked eggs.
Boiled eggs are carefully elevated into a chilled water tank for cooling. Utilizing either tap water or ice water, the eggs are optimally chilled, priming them for the next stage of shelling.
Following the cooling phase, eggs advance to the shelling machine, where they are subjected to a precise process of crushing and shelling. The combination of clean water sprays and rotational movements ensures the efficient removal of any remaining shell fragments.
