The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line is a robust system that includes multiple operational stages, such as the quail egg feeding system, precooking & yolk centering system, high-temperature boiling quail egg system, cooling system, shelling & lifter system, and ultimately, the quail egg peeling system.

By utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are efficiently flipped during cooking. The centered quail eggs from the precooked area are evenly heated in the cooking zone, ensuring rapid and thorough cooking.

The boiled quail eggs are transferred to the cooling tank, where they are swiftly chilled by ice water before being moved to the crusher.
During the quail egg shell break process, shells are uniformly cracked to facilitate the subsequent peeling step. When used with the quail egg peeler, the process enhances efficiency and minimizes damage rates.

In the peeling stage, broken quail eggs are further processed on an egg collection conveyor belt to select only the high-quality egg products, achieving a peeling efficiency rate of over 98%. The final quail eggs emerge smooth and aesthetically pleasing, ready for market presentation.
