The eggs are expertly guided to the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously arranged across the net chain, enabling their smooth journey to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking stage, our exclusive centering system utilizes warm water to gradually elevate the eggs' temperature while they continuously rotate during transport. This exceptional method significantly enhances the final egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are seamlessly transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a meticulously controlled boiling process with precise timing and temperature settings. The dual heating technique, incorporating both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Once boiled, the eggs are gently elevated into a chilled water tank for cooling. Utilizing either tap water or ice water, this step ensures the eggs are thoroughly chilled, priming them for the subsequent shelling process.
