The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line encompasses multiple state-of-the-art systems, including: quail egg feeding system, precooking & yolk centering system, high-temperature boiling quail egg system, cooling system, shelling & lifter system, and quail egg peeling system.

We offer customized solutions and the complete array of halogen and packaging equipment tailored to meet customers' advanced technological specifications. Additionally, we can design production plans with customized sizes according to your requirements.

Utilizing a steam boiled egg spiral transmission, our machine ensures quail eggs are flipped during cooking, allowing the centered quail eggs from the precooked area to be evenly heated in the cooking area for rapid and uniform cooking.

Once boiled, the quail eggs are transferred into the cooling tank, where they are rapidly cooled by ice water and subsequently conveyed to the crusher.
The quail egg shell break process facilitates an easier subsequent peeling step. Paired with the quail egg peeler, the shells break uniformly, enhancing efficiency and significantly reducing the damage rate.

During the peeling process, our egg collection conveyor belt efficiently selects unqualified egg products. With a peeling rate exceeding 98%, the final
quail eggs are exceptionally smooth and visually appealing.
