The whole egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Upon reaching its designated position, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a sophisticated suction cup mechanism. With remarkable efficiency, the system facilitates the automatic stacking of empty egg trays, ensuring a seamless, continuous process.
The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously spread out on the net chain. This precise arrangement ensures their flawless transport to the pre-cooking centering machine, setting the stage for optimal pre-cooking alignment.
During the pre-cooking stage, our proprietary centering system uses warm water to gently and uniformly heat the eggs. The continuous rotation during transit ensures even cooking, significantly enhancing egg quality and yolk centricity.
The pre-cooked eggs are carefully transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a meticulously controlled boiling process. With preset time and temperature, the dual heating method—combining steam and water—guarantees perfectly boiled eggs, every time.
After boiling, the eggs are gently elevated into a cold water tank for thorough cooling. The use of either tap water or ice water ensures they are optimally chilled and ready for the next step: the shelling process.
Once cooled, the eggs move to the shelling machine, where a delicate yet thorough process of crushing and shell removal takes place. The combination of clean water sprays and rotational movements ensures any residual shells are effectively and efficiently eliminated.
After shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing, ensuring an eco-friendly and efficient waste management process.
