The entire egg tray is manually placed onto the conveyor beltof the egg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt via a suction cup system. The empty egg tray is automatically stacked for easy management.
Eggs are conveyed smoothly to theentire conveyor belt, and evenly distributed on the net chain, ensuring a smooth transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique pre-cooking system centers and pre-cooks the eggs using warm water to gradually raise the temperature. The eggs continuously rotate during this process, enhancing their overall quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg-boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, the eggs undergo a dual boiling process using a steam and water heating method, ensuring perfect results every time.
Boiled eggs are then immersed in a cold water tank for rapid cooling. Using either tap water or ice water, the eggs are cooled to prepare them for the subsequent shelling process.
After cooling, the eggs are transferred to the shelling machine, where they are carefully crushed and peeled. Clean water sprays ensure that any residual shells are thoroughly washed away.
Post-shelling, eggshells are efficiently collected and transported for centralized disposal, maintaining a tidy and streamlined process.
